Peace of mind is important isn't it, sadly these days it is not always something we can take for granted. Luckily with Find Me That Wine it once again is something in life you can guarantee because at the end of the day things in life just change.
So we put in place what we feel is an industry leading money back guarantee for all of the purchases you make. Rather than cloaking it in terms and conditions and long winded jargon here it is in straightforward layman's terms.
You shipped my wine but something is not quite right
We are far from perfect and whilst we try our absolute best sometimes something slips through the net or without knowing it we ship you a corked or faulty wine. So if it is a fault or just a wrong vintage etc then we are here to help in whatever way we can. If you wish to try the wine and find it is just not quite right let us know we will collect the wine and refund you in full even for the wine you tried. No questions and now arguements guaranteed. If the wine is still acceptable and not quite up to par then let us know and we will try our best to do what we can to resolve the situation in a way that works for you. As with everything we do, we are open to suggestion and flexibility so if in doubt just ask the question our rules are never set in stone.
I got the right wine but I have just changed my mind?
If this sounds like you for whatever reason then please again do just let us know. So long as the wine is still within it's reasonable drinking period (ie you did not buy it years ago!) and you can assure us you have stored it somewhere sensible then we will collect the wine from you and refund you for the remaining bottles. Getting slightly technical we do reserve the right to either not return the original shipping fee or deduct a small contribution for the collection cost (never more than £10) from the refund. Whilst you should be aware by not that I do not like hard and fast rules a "reasonable" time after purchase for this offer to be valid for would be around 2-3 months after receipt, but ultimately the sooner the better and if it has been a bit longer than this then do not worry and just get in touch.
